Visitor privacy notice
Draft — pending legal review
Last updated: [pending — set once this notice is finalized]
This notice explains what leandril-studios.com collects about you when you visit it, and nothing beyond that. It is a draft, published early for transparency while the studio's operating entity is being registered, and it isn't final.
What this notice covers
This notice covers only this website — the pages you're reading right now. It does not cover any game, account, or online service Leandril Studios makes. Our games are a separate product with their own privacy policy, published on that game's own page, covering things this site has nothing to do with (accounts, in-game data, anti-cheat, and so on).
If you're looking for a game's privacy policy, this isn't it — check that game's page instead.
Who we are
Leandril Studios ("we," "us," "our") operates this website and is the controller of the data described below — the party responsible for deciding why and how it's handled.
Controller: [Controller entity — pending registration]. Leandril Studios' operating company has not yet completed formal registration; this notice will name it here as soon as that's settled.
Contact: business-inquiries@leandril-studios.com — the same address listed on our Contact page, and the right place to write about anything in this notice.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to see basic things like which pages get visited and roughly how much traffic the site gets. It is cookieless by design, and it:
- Doesn't use cookies or any identifier stored on your device.
- Doesn't track you across other websites.
- Doesn't build a profile of you as an individual.
- Reports only aggregate visit statistics, not records about a person.
Vercel Web Analytics is run by Vercel Inc., the company that hosts this website, and it processes those aggregate visit statistics on our behalf as part of that hosting.
If you contact us
If you email us, we see your email address and whatever you choose to write, and we use it only to reply and handle whatever you asked about. Contacting us doesn't add you to a mailing list, and we don't share your email with anyone else because you got in touch.
Server logs
Like essentially every website, the infrastructure that serves this site keeps standard technical logs — things like IP address, browser type, the page requested, and a timestamp — for security and troubleshooting. These are operational logs, not used to build a profile of you, and we don't cross-reference them with the analytics above.
Cookies
This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies. The cookieless analytics described above work without cookies, and there's no cookie banner because there's nothing here that requires one. If that ever changes, we'll update this notice first.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over personal data we hold about you — for example, to ask what we have, correct it, or have it deleted. Given what this site actually collects — aggregate analytics, plus anything you choose to send us by email — there's very little tied to you as an individual to begin with. If you'd like to ask about it anyway, reach us using the details on our Contact page and we'll respond.
Children
This website is a studio-information site, not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children through it.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as the studio and this website evolve — for instance, once our operating entity is registered. We'll update the "Last updated" date above whenever we do, and this page will keep its draft status until counsel confirms it's ready to be final.
